After the directive issued by the the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life that stated that “the Holy Father decreed that no General or Provincial Chapters could be celebrated using telecommunications only. Neither can they be celebrated partly by being actually present and partly by telecommunication, but only by being present (in attendance)” the Minister General nominated Fr. Valmir Ramos OFM, General Definitor to Preside our Chapter. Fr. Jeff Scheeler OFM is still our General Visitor and will be with us via ZOOM at all times, but due to this directive he could not preside the Chapter. We thank Fr. Valmir and Fr. Jeff for their service to our Province.
